National Registry
Bariatric Database
The National Bariatric Surgery Registry (NBSR) – a collaborative patient-level data registry enabling comprehensive national reporting on bariatric surgical outcomes.
About the Registry
National Bariatric Surgery Registry
ALRSGBI launched the National Bariatric Surgery Registry (NBSR) as a collaborative initiative with Dendrite Clinical Systems, AUGIS, and BOMSS. The registry was created to gather sufficient data to allow the publication of a comprehensive report on the number and type of procedures, as well as outcomes following surgery.
The NBSR collects individual patient-level data, enabling longitudinal tracking of both individual patients and patient cohort groups across contributing centres throughout the UK and Ireland.
