Our aim:
ALSGBI Academy Social Media and Communications Team
The ALSGBI Academy Social Media and Communications team aim is to provide its members and followers with information across multiple social media platforms in several area. Alongside promotion and information in the run up for the annual ALSGBI ASM, there is regular updated information on courses, conferences and other events suitable for not only trainee surgeons but the extended surgical team.
In addition, the social media and communications team publishes weekly “Articles of the Week” and “Facts of the Week” to allow for discourse on both X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram. Educational operative videos are also posted on both platforms.
