The RCS Eng are seeking Quality Assurance Assessors to assist with accreditation reviews of a number of national and international courses and surgical training providers.
You must be experienced in your field and usually a Consultant, Specialist or similarly well-respected surgeon or educationalist. The role will utilise your expertise to help assess courses and educational centres against the standards required to achieve accreditation. You will receive a full induction before your first review at which you will usually form part of a small review team managed by an RCS England Quality Assurance team member.
Travel is required, sometimes international, and all expenses are paid. All surgical specialties require representation and we particularly welcome applications from women, people of diverse ethnicities and disabled people.
